The Remy Group, Inc., provides services to our clients that meet the needs of new construction, tenant improvements, and remodels of facilities, construction of retail and commercial projects, including work in international airports. Our capabilities include:
- General Contractor licensed in 12 states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, , Montana, Wyoming, Texas, , Nebraska, New Jersey. Expected to be licensed by end of 2009 in Illinois, Florida and Georgia.
- Design Build: We have the capabilities to design and generate construction documents ready for permit in CA, WA, and OR
- Construction Management: Site Feasibility Survey Investigation and Report, Budget Planning and Pricing, and Permit Expediting to clients that require a firm to implement a "roll out" program across the nation.

Feasibility Survey Investigation & Reporting.
Our Site Investigation Report thoroughly
covers city/county requirements, lead time,
and permit issues. For all projects we make
a site visit to determine pre-existing site
conditions and identify any potential stumbling
blocks to a timely completion so they can
be dealt with before they become a problem. |

Budget
Planning & Pricing. We will provide personal,
hands-on management to ensure that the construction
budget and schedule is on track. |

Permitting.
We work with city and county agencies and/or
your current permit expeditor to keep your
build-out or remodel on track and on-time. |

Pre-construction Planning. We
work closely with clients, designers, general
contractor and vendors to successfully manage
your project to ensure a timely start up
and smooth construction process. We also
work with your entire team – including
designers, architects, vendors, operations
personnel, landlord, contractors and city
and county agencies - to ensure a quality
finished product that is completed on time. |

Design / Build Services. If you are looking for a complete turn-key solution, we can design your complete project and generate construction documents in CA, WA and OR. |

Construction
Management. We can either serve as the General
Contractor (GC) on the project, or work with
your current GC to expedite, trouble-shoot,
facilitate and manage the complete process
to ensure the project completes on time and
on budget. |

Post-construction
Services. When
the project’s complete,
we issue a Completion Report, summarizing
construction details. This will be in a binder
with as-built information, mailed to you
within 30 days of your store opening. | |
