Susun
Sablan, founder & CEO.
With over
20 years of national corporate construction
and general contracting experience, Susun
has extensive expertise in developing partnerships
with national corporations and franchises.
After graduating from
Wright State University in 1992 with a
B.S. in Public Administration and Urban Affairs and in 1994 with
an M.B.A. in finance, Susun was hired by
Menemsha Construction, a national construction
firm specializing in build-outs for brands
like Chevy’s, Home Depot,
and Verizon. In 1995 she joined Jamba Juice
as a Project Manager, where she helped
launch their Non-Traditional Development
department. From there she went to Fresh
Enterprises, then-owner of Baja Fresh Mexican
Grill. She later served as Vice-President
in charge of developing the Non-Traditional
Department for Quiznos Corporation. She
left to found The Remy Group in 2004. |

Nick Rice, COO / VP of Business Development
Nick Rice has been employed in the QSR industry for 25 years in both the construction management and facilities management spectrum. His range of experience includes ground-up construction, remodels, image enhancements, new product and equipment and federal interactions. His direct reports have numbered up to 25 and he has a geographic scope from Hawaii to Texas and from US/Mexico border to the US/Canada border. Over the course of his career he has gathered valuable experience and contacts working for Bechtel Corporation, Monsour Medical Center, Xerox, Regal Food Services, Jack in the Box and Wendys. With his extensive experience and exceptional knowledge of the industry, Nick is a real asset to all of our clients. |
